		<description>I think that Chinese simply do not have as an extreme disgust as Westerners in democractic countries. If any cover ups in a western country was discovered, it will immediately draws images and impression of a totalitarian dystopia kind of thing. I think the general Chinese population currently do not have the same instinctive judgment, especially the people in less worldly areas, such as the Northeast. The local officials probably have the idea that cover up in government affairs is like &quot;cover up&quot; in every day life, such as how they deal with things if some family member did some embarrassing things that you don&#039;t want anyone outside to know about.</description>
